It's the only way they refund you the money and it's ridiculous because they are well aware of the issue. The only thing you can do is call them and demand a supervisor. For some reason at random times of the day if you use other websites or streaming devices while you play on Ignition/Bovada it will cause a lag and you will literally not be able to call/fold/raise without leaving and re-joining. In fact if you try to do the $7 jackpot games not only does the table not load, but you also lose your money since you can't go back and take your seat.
