The room was ok, it did need some dusting, and a little more care in cleaning. So we were like no that was not what we arranged, so she gave him a smoking/double. Well the desk clerk told us that she did not have any available, it would have to be non-smoking/double. Upon arrival to the hotel, the front desk check-in was confused, We had made reservations weeks in advance and requested a king/smoking room, for a relative traveling with us, this was guaranteed with a credit card. This was my birthday week, so the family convinced me to go to the Paragon so we were there July 24-26.
